Cancellation free of charge (outside trade fair times) is possible up to two days before the date of arrival, for a maximum booking of two nights. After that we charge a cancellation fee of 80% for all booked services.
During the Corona pandemic, we offer even more flexibility: Should your stay have to be cancelled due to a lockdown, or in connection with Covid-19, we will of course waive any cancellation charges.
