EXCURSION TO THE FIVE LAKES REGION

Very close to the Hotel München Umland is Lake Starnberg, Bavaria's second-largest lake and affectionately known as "Munich's bathtub." A 30-minute drive south of Baierbrunn takes you to the beautiful Tegernsee or Schliersee lakes. With the mountains in the background, the lakes offer a fantastic backdrop. Mountain enthusiasts and nature lovers are sure to find plenty to enjoy in the Munich area, as there are numerous hikes and tours of varying difficulty. However, they all have one thing in common: the magnificent view! Perfect for taking a deep breath and recharging your batteries.
