High-quality meat from our own artisanal butchery. This is available in the family-run Maischberger Butcher Shop in Buchloe – and at the Gasthof München. This award-winning artisan business also delivers its fresh meat and sausage specialties to us in Baierbrunn.

THE BEST WHITE SAUSAGE FROM MUNICH

The traditional butcher shop Magnus Bauch is famous in Munich for its delicious meat and sausage specialties, which have been prepared according to old family recipes and with the finest craftsmanship for over 60 years. We, too, are fans of its excellent white sausages and are happy to share this delight with our guests at Gasthof München.
