Our cuisine thrives on quality, freshness, and regionality. We attach great importance to this, as it is the only way our head chef, Klaus Glantschnig, can create healthy and sustainable dishes. How does this work? It's actually quite simple: We source all our local products from selected partners from the surrounding region. Short transport routes, species-appropriate animal husbandry, and constant quality assurance make the dishes at the Waldgasthof Buchenhain a special treat – for you, our guests.

OUR DELIGHTS IN THE RESTAURANT MUNICH SOUTH

At the Munich South restaurant, everyone will find their favorite dish. In addition to traditional Bavarian dishes, our menu also features creative interpretations. We serve classic roast pork in dark beer sauce with potato dumplings and bacon and coleslaw, as well as roasted pheasant breast in pepper bacon on pear rösti with balsamic cream.
