Our cuisine thrives on quality, freshness and regionality. We attach great importance to this, because it is the only way our chef Carsten Wiedecke can create healthy and sustainable dishes. How does it work? It is quite simple to be honest: We source all our local products from selected regional partners. Short transport routes, species-appropriate animal husbandry and constant quality assurance make the dishes at the Waldgasthof Buchenhain a special treat – for you, our dear guests.
