EXCURSION TO THE LAND OF FIVE LAKES

Not far from the Hotel München lies Lake Starnberg, Bavaria’s second largest lake and affectionately known as the “bathtub of Munich”. A 30 minutes drive south of Baierbrunn will take you to the beautiful Tegernsee or Schliersee lakes. With the mountains in the background, the lakes provide a fantastic backdrop. Mountain fans and nature lovers will certainly not tire of the Munich countryside, as there are numerous hikes and tours of varying degrees of difficulty. They all have one thing in common though: the magnificent views! Perfect for disconnecting, taking a breath and recharging your batteries.
